Reusing Headgaskets

I tore apart and threw GT40 heads on my truck a few weeks back and haven't realy had the time to fix my f up.......when I put the new heads on I used Mr Gasket Superseal headgaskets that cost me 50 bucks for the pair....what are the odds of me being able to reuse them without issue>I've got new felpros right here but I really don't want to be throwing that kind of money down the tubes......Thanks all.

I wouldn't reuse them, once crushed they can't do it again.

You will probly be cussin trying to save that 50 bucks when your pullin those heads off again. The felpros should do the job fine.

Chalk up the old ones as a "Well, I screwed up big time, hope I never do THAT again..." and use the Felpro ones.

I've used Felpro head gaskets in every engine I've built, and never had a problem with any of them.

I wouldn't risk it. I've heard people painting them and getting away with re-use but a new Felpro is better than a used whatever.

Nothing wrong with Felpro.

I know there ain't nothin wrong with Felpros and I use them all the time...but yea...I am cussing myself already........figured I shouldn't but thought I'd ask *&%&*$@Later
