90 7.3 no start.
I initially had problems with the FSS not receiving power, but I got that fixed and truck was running good. Here the other day the truck started loosing power and eventually just died. I started going through things the other day. Here is some of things that I have done/tried. New lift pump, fuel filter, Both tanks completely full, glow plugs and relay. Passes the test for pumping fuel. cracked injector lines and I don't get any fuel out. No smoke out the tail pipe. The FSS clicks when removing both wires that are attached to it. Pulled the return line on top of the FSS and it pumps fuel like there is no tomorrow. I'm lost thinking that the injection pump is done, but uncertain. Any advise or anything else I should check. Not looking to guess on a part so expensive. Looking for experience and knowledge that you guys have dealt with.

When you crack the injectors, how many did you crack? FSS click and fuel coming out of the return line are two good signs. Try cracking just one injector, I would suggest #2 (furthest towards the front, drivers side) as it is the easiest to get to. Unhook it completely and you should see it at least drip slowly while cranking. No crank, possibly no pump. Is it squeaking by chance? 
Another thing, do you know if the IP has ever been changed? Usually the IP/Injectors need to be changed every 100k miles? Guys quote me if I'm wrong.

Haha howdy! My truck runs now, however a fusible link for my FSS blew, so I was searching round and found this thread, figured I could give my two cents
