That's for sure Gabe, looks like your arm curling axles instead of going to the gym! LOL I'll be at it for awhile yet, next week have to leave town so it will be delayed. Oh well.

Putting way more into this dually then I planned. My wife asked how much and I just said, you don't want to know.

I know what you mean Glenn. I'm not spending near as much as you are, but I've already spent quite a bit more than originally planned. I keep thinking of more things to get, and all these little things add up fairly quick. I'm just gonna have to stop the spending soon, and put it back together. I'm digging for more trans money, I already stole some of that for other parts!

Starting to rob the piggy bank Darin? I'm spending my girls inheritance, LOL

All I got done today was order some parts for that water pump and put the temp sensor on it, the pulley and mounted one of two fitting for the heater hose. Then I struggled with those two block plugs and got the one out. I had to grind down a 3/8 extension to get it to fit??? The little plug for draining the coolant is beyond hope. i think I'll have to drill it out if I want to be able to drain and flush that side, which I do. Then I mounted the filters and pump for the e fuel. I did what Gabe did and put a reinforcement bar across the mount to make it stronger. By then, the dog wanted to go home and she always gets her way.

A funny side note. She is a Westie and they are very stubborn and not very loving. Definitely not a lap dog, well maybe for two minutes, LOL BUT, there are exceptions to all rules, when I'm laying under a vehicle she will come up to me and give me a bath. I don't know if she is worried about me or thinks, now is my chance to bug him because both his hands are busy, LOL

Ya, that piggy bank is empty! I don't know if I'd go through the trouble of getting that plug out if its that stuck. It would be nice to get it all out, maybe that won't be as bad of a pita as I'm thinking to drill that out, I'm not sure.

My dog used to crawl underneath vehicles and "bathe" me, but she's too damn old and fat now. She just hangs around my dad and his two dogs. She's not a big fan of the other dogs, but really likes dad, he gives her too many treats!

I don't take her every time I go out, there's dogs and horses out there and I'm always trying to keep an eye on her. But, if I don't take her out once in awhile she will pout, LOL

What does the little plug take to undo that you can't get out? Have you tried to use like a impact driver on it? It has saved me a lot of time on stuff I couldn't budge in tight places. Just take it slow with short quick burst of a trigger.

A 1/4" extension, its all stripped out. I'll get a air compressor out there soon. I've got the e fuel, turbo, exhaust, injectors, etc. to keep me busy, LOL.

Which side won't come out? Driver side or passenger side?

The other one is for the oil return line of the FS2500 oil bypass system and is suppose to be 3/8" , IT IS NOT!! 1/4" is to small and 3/8" is to big, I can't figure out what the heck it is. At this point I'm tempted to grind down a extension to fit it, weird!

So, the driver side won't come out so you can't drain the coolant from the driver side... Just pull the block heater out of the oil cooler to drain it.. I wouldn't mess with that plug if it's stripped.
