Trying to get my boss to only.work me 4 days a week. Talked with him again about it last night.. I think his boss is overriding it since they like the way I close the department.
Work is fine if you enjoy it , I spent 31 years working underground not seeing the light of day, now I'm happy to see the sun and even the days that are cloudy. If my body didn't hurt so much and there was something that might interest me on a part time basis I might do it but with our winters so long up here I wouldn't even consider summer employment..
My wife pushed me into getting a part time job.. I guess I was spending too much time hanging around because she was ailing. Probably got on her nerves..
I spend enough time in the shop but we still get on each others nerves, just part of marriage I think. My parents and every other married couple I know are the same...lol
