Inner shoulder "cupping"?

Inner shoulder "cupping"?
What would cause the front tires to cup on the inner shoulders? Everywhere I've looked mentions worn components, especially ball joints, as the main culprit. That may be the case but the truck drives as straight as anything with 285mm wide tires could, doesn't track too bad and I cant elicit any play from any of hte components. The only thing that I do notice is a very slight and very consistance pull but its almost more like a gentle force than actually having to turn the wheels off center. I run 55psi in the front and haven't had the aligment checked although the P.O. (very straight up guy that I could tell) claims a local shop checked it and gave it the OK.

Well shocks were replaced shortly before I took ownership and while they aren't the most amazing units they are functional. Rotated the tires left to right today, other than that I'll just have to watch and wait and eventually (before new tires) double check the alignment I guess.
