Hey guys I don't think water is an issue. I just found that I have a header bolt out and my y pipe is broken. I think the coolers being bad is aiding the white smoke and the broken bolt on header is allowing the smoke to come through there.

What do you all think?

Yes that would cause your Comdition

Cause Low Boost and overfuel

Did you have Coolant at the EGR Valve??????????

Are you shure Ypipe is Broken
or Bad Clamp???
There are also a Flexjoints that like to crack and leak on the Uppipes

Might as well put new exhaust manafold gasket on if have to pull to replace broken Bolt this Might be Fun one to get broke bolt out

What PSI Boost you see High side things

Thanks Benny. Ill try to input all those values and let you know as soon as I can. I think it's is the flex pipes. I'm not sure on the boost I never really watched it.

Can u post parameters for those values?

Here's a thread where I did my oil cooler and installed the BPD EGR cooler and STC update on my '06. Lots of pictures and a few good tips from members along the way and some torques and stuff. Nothing specific to the BDP delete though.
