PCM SWAP

So tonight I was bored and slightly curious and decided to swap PCM's between my 03 4x4 (programmed with a diablo sport power puck , had that when i bought it and havnt had the chance to get a real chip) and my 00 2wd (stock). I noticed that both had different part numbers on the PCM, but didnt think much of it. Anyways, I went through with the swap and the 01 drove great, way more power due to the programming, however it did have a water in fuel light on?...but not the main issue here. My 03 drove like the stock truck, which I expected, however it was throwing all sorts of lights at me such as, the CEL being on entire time, my tachometer not working and a "check gauge" light and the overdrive "off" light blinking... So I ran the codes and it came up with three, p0381, p0603, and p1139.
Anybody know whats going on here?

P0381 is Glow Plug INDICATOR circuit light malfunction. Did you get the Wait To Start light when you turned your key on?
P0603 is keep alive memory trip which is because you powered down the PCM completely.
P1139 is a Water in Fuel INDICATOR circuit malfunction.
I would look at fuse 45 or check your owners manual for Incicator/dash lamp circuit fuse. I think on a early99 it is fuse 19.
Do all of your normal dash lamps light up when you initially turn the key to the on position? Blown fuse or your PCM is fighting due to year model change from one truck to the other.

Yes, you're trying to run a different PCM in the trucks. There's a reason the PCM's have codes on them. Things changed between 00 and 03. Just look at your fuse box on both of them and compare.

If you want to add power, use the original PCM for the truck and add a chip. You might be able to just swap the Diablo over to the other truck. I'm not too familiar with Diablo.

Thanks guys, I was able to just swap the diablo from one PCM to the other. It made a world of difference in the 00, and i lost almost no power by taking it out of the 03. It doesnt smoke though anymore
