Congrats on the DP. You're gonna love it. Not sure what to tell you about the WTS light. You may what to pull it one more time and when it's out, disconnect the batteries for a few minutes, turn on the headlights or something to make sure you drain the PCM. Then reinstall making sure chip is fully seated.
As far as the chip read out, mine only reads the files that are in there. Mine stops at 6 for now. Your right, I think my instructions said something about the remaining numbers being the same as the last,

I believe you blew the 30 amp fuse that controls the pcm, fuel bowl heater etc. To check it it is under your dash in the fuse box.

I would agree with Dennis, it's a bad connection. Double check both pcm and chip.

A no Wait to Start Light sounds like a bad connection to me, or you cleaned too much tin off one or more of the contacts. Which is fixable, Jody re-tins your PCM when he does a Live-tuning session, I've seen it first hand at Smokin this year. All you need is a soldering iron and some solder, one pass of solder on each contact and your done. As far as your third tune no showing up on the switch, reprogram your switch, this will help: http://www.dp-tuner.com/documentatio...0indicator.pdf

This is where your problem is I bet. Too much copper showing is bad.
