Locking Gas Cap?
Anyone know of a locking gas cap for my 2011 5.0L XLT?

It has that wierd new kind that is capless but I want one that locks so people can not take my gas.

They'll just punch a hole in the tank instead.

The days of people siphoning gas out of a tank are long gone. Now they just use a drill and put a bucket under the tank.

The capless design of the new filler neck caanot be siphoned. If you are really concerned then look for a locking fuel door. Lots of options there in chrome black or painted.

same for me
I have the Ford locking cap and it is fine, got it at the dealer. I like locking caps not because I am concerned about someone taking out the gas but keeping them from putting in something that doen not belong in the tank.

In the owner's manual, it says that the funnel supplied must be used in order to get anything into or out of the capless filler neck. (not an exact quote).

Ford makes a nice one for about $20. I have one not some much to keep people from taking gas as putting something down the pipe. Yea, some people may hate me, it goes with my line of work. Chris
