Ok guy's, I'm in the process of changing the "O" ring on my IP
throttle linkage due to leakage on the drivers side.
When I first took the cover off for inspection, it was full of fuel.
Put the top back on and waited for my parts. Drove truck in garage
and it sat there for about 3 days.
Parts came in, took cover off again, and now,...
the IP is "bone dry" I mean, not a drop in it.
Is this normal, if not,any ideas where this fuel went
It was leaking at the top of the IP, not the bottom, I can literally see
the cam etc at the bottom of the IP.
Checked fuel filter, it was full,...any idea's.
I dont think it should be,I just turned my fuel down and it was full after 2 days of sitting I think you have a leak somewhere.
Thanks for your reply, I figured it shouldn't be either...
I put a paper towel under it and filled it again, went down about an inch in a day. But the towel was dry.
Could this fuel be going into the cylinders?
