EDIT: I take that back. Apparently DC doesn't have them anymore. I checked the website and its no longer listed, same thing with LMC. NPD still lists it but its out of stock.
Thanks Mike for the p/n that's a step in the right direction at least.

That's the horn bar with cruise and burl walnut trim.
Unfortunately, no dealer or obsolete parts supplier has one.

Thanks, I haven't got the pm yet. I appreciate it. Is the one you have with speed control or not?
Mine has the factory speed control but the plastic backing that holds everything together is starting to crumble

This is a resurrected thread from 2012, Rich sent the PM to the op.
None the less, he may still be able to help him out.
I saw this D5TZ-13A805-A in the discussion but classicautparts.com lists that as being for Bronco and incompatible with the Truck. It looks exactly right, though. Anybody have experience using one of these? LMC and Jeff's Bronco Graveyard both have the D3TZ-13A805-A (no speed control) and it shows up for both Bronco and Truck. That makes me suspect it would work. I'm trying to replace my horn bar (77 with speed control).

1979 F150 w/ cruise.
Original dash pad is crumbling to dust.
It appears that a replacement pad w/ cruise buttons is obsolete.
Has anyone devised another way to hook up a cruise switch? Aftermarket steering wheel w/ a home brewed solution? Relocating a switch to another part of the car?

Mine is an add on cruise made by Dana for Sears, etc back in the day. From what I've seen, I think maybe was same as Ford used. I've had mine in my '77 since the mid '80s, before that I used a same kit to add to a couple cars. It works. I didn't want turn signal switching on my truck, so I used a couple momentary contact button switches and a toggle switch in a housing I formed, but they included a plastic stick on dash option. 4 small diameter wires are involved, I used switches from Radio Shack.
Set / Coast isyellow .... Resume / Accelerate isgreen .... and are just touched momentarily to ground brown to work with the buttons.
On / Off is redto power using the switch.
I do not know Fords colors, etc but might be able to trace back down through the columns harness to find out, or maybe is a chart for factory cruise you can find?
Mine is a '77. This below is from the still "new in box" kit I bought a few years ago off ebay to have spare parts.
