Aluminum wheel screw insert trouble

Lets posts with pictures!

Ok so here's the skinny. I have the 10 hole aluminum wheels on my truck.

Since I got new tires awhile ago the majority of the screws that hold the center caps just spin when I try to remove them. So rotating my tires hasn't happened. I've been wanting to fix this, but never knew how.

Now a couple days ago I found a center cap just like mine on the side of the road, so i picked it up, never hurts to have a spare right? As it turns out, It was mine, and had fallen off the truck. The inserts (plastic) that are supposed to stay in the wheel for the screws to screw into came out.

My question is, where can i get new inserts for these wheels/screws? Is there a way to make these still work?

If the pics didn't work, just check out my album.

The dealer could still get these parts a few years ago.

The anchor clips are Ford D7TZ-1A100-A. Its a package of 12 pieces.

The screws are Ford 389465-S45. It says 10 pieces. I'm not sure why it wouldn't be 12 as well.

I'd like to hear of anyone else's solutions for fixing this too. These parts may be discontinued soon if they aren't already.

I was thinking of maybe putting some sort of epoxy or JB weld in there, but i'm not sure how that would work out. Thank you for the part numbers.

LMC truck has the center caps exactly like that if you want a new set. They were only like 60 bucks or so.

That's actually the first place I went looking lol. The ones they are selling are injection molded plastic, mine are metal. Good looking out though.
