hey guys so like many went to use my ESOF 4x4, and i have never had any problems but to day it wouldnt go in to 4x4. pulled the plug off the switch and none of the wires have power, so im thinking my trucks brain for 4x4 died. I looked at some wire dig and studied the web, came up with some push switches that ground my relays. my problem is i thought the 4x4 lights would light up so i know when its in hi and low. No such luck, if i ground it one way till i hear a click i have 4 low and if i hit the other switch to a click 2 hi. I did go out and mess around in the truck and would hold the switch for sec in the direction of low and i could catch 4 hi but im worried that maybe i dont have the grears lind up perfect. so finally to my question is their a way to get the lights on the dash to work?
I have the same issue. I have kind of given up fixing it since I know the truck is in 4wd. The light does not come on. I tried to replace the 4wd module behind the glove box, but to no success. Let me know if you get your light to work. Hopefully somebody will be able to chime in on this
