Question Pro-Comp 6 inch stage 2 lift with 35s?

Hello all!

I am new to the forum. My uncle and i are looking to lift our 6.7s? He wants the icon 4.5 inch kit with 35s and i am leaning towards procomp. I like the larger gap between the tires and wheel wells which is why i like the idea of the procomp 6. Does anybody else run this combination? How do you like the lift so far? Will i have to lengthen my drive shaft for sure? Any pictures/ input is appreciated guys!

Thanks in advance!

Ps. ReadyLift also offers a 5" kit. Should i look into that also or stick with procomp?

I got Ready Lift stage 4. I'm very happy with it. The local good ol boys in VA swear by it.

I was looking to do the same thing. Did lots of research, called and talked to lots of people, and Decided against going with a 4.5. Instead going with a Icon Leveling kit with Piggy backs. BUT, with all the research I did, I came up with this. If I did go with the 4.5, Id go with the Carli 2.0 or the Pin Top. A Buddy of mine has the Pin Top and it rides like a Dream. I couldnt believe how SMOOTH it rode. From Cornering, over bumps, or on the highway, it rode like my Ole Ladies BMW. Actually better.

I dont have any experience with Ready Lifts or any other brands, but from the "Riding" Experience that I had with my Buddies F250 with the Pin Top, you cant go wrong with a Carli. The price tag is a little steep, but from just the ride alone, its worth it. JMHO.

I have the icon 4.5 stage 2,and will be switching next year.I love the look and so do many others who see it.Plus dont like the 4+ mpg that I lost with it.Not sure how to compare because I havnt road in anyone elses yet but I dont like my ride compared to how it was stock. You can feel ever little bump,ect...really stiff for me,sum might be tires.

I like the fact that procomp now offers a free 5/60,000 power train warranty if the manufacturer denies a warranty claim.
