99 to 04 Superduty lug nut ?

Does anyone know if there were 2 different lugnut thread patterns for the early Superdutys (99 to 2004)? And if so what sizes are they? Im trying to find lugnuts for a set of aluminum aftermarket wheels I just bought. The lugnuts I have are 14X2inch chrome steel off of a 99 Superduty, and they wont fit the lugs on my 2002. They thread on approximately 1/4 inch and jam on the threads of the lugs on my front and rear hubs.

I don't know.

I have a 2000 F250. I bought some factory wheels from a fella with a 2004 and the lug nuts he gave me would not fit my truck.
