OEM Lug nut specs

I'm in the process of purchasing a set of oem 16 inch wheels but will possibly need a set a lug nuts. When checking around it appears ford changed the pitch count after 2003(?). The two sizes I see are 14mmx2mm and 14mmx1.5mm. Does anyone have an idea which is the correct one for a 2002 truck?

Mine was 2.0mm thread pitch. 14.0mm x 2.0mm on my 99. Hope this helps.

No problem. I'm pretty sure that's what it said on the outside of the lug nut when I was ordering my wheel locks.
