No tail lights

No tail lights
I have an 89 F250 XLT with the 7.3L idi. i have working headlights, front markers and turn signals but no tail lights or driver side brake light. i just put in new bulbs all the way around. dual filament bulbs. help??

Do you have power going to the sockets?
Could be the switch, but you need to check for power and look at wiring before jumping to that conclusion. Have you tried turning the lights on and off a few times? Sometimes when a switch is going bad, if you play with it the lights may or may not work.
