coolant flush
Going to flush my coolant system this weekend, already got 20 gallons of distilled water,and two drain valves for the block. Wandering how much coolant i will need to fill it back up?

Get 4 gallons of concentrate - not the 50/50 mix. You'll use 3.5 gallons and then top off with distilled.
You'll see all the info you need in the tech folder. I'll be doing the same thing this weekend - complete with a reverse flush of the oil cooler

Cooling system capacity is 27.5 quarts. If you drain the radiator and pull the lower radiator hose you'll get about 14 quarts out. If you buy 4gal of concentrate you'll have 1/2 gallon left you can mix water in it and have a gallon of premix to top off with.
