Rebuilding a C6

Hello, I think I'm going to attempt to rebuild my c6. I have never rebuilt a transmission before but have done a few motors and gear boxes. What kind of difficulty is it to these c6? Is a mechanically enclosed person as myself able to do it or does it take experience and a certain know how? My other question is where should I buy a kit from? I have seen prices between $600 and $200. I want to build the trans with heavy duty clutches for sure. Also, is there any modifications I should be making while rebuilding? Thanks

The C6 is one of the easier ones to rebuild. You should buy a good manual for it. https://www.atsg.us/atsg/ is the place to get manuals.
