My problem seems to be getting worse now that it's getting cooler out. I thought I had it solved with new ICP and pigtail, IPR, IAT, EBP, TPS, CPS, UVCH, etc. That fixed the stalling on the interstate but now I stall at idle. It happens right after startup or after I've driven 30 miles, but it always happens when there's no load. Just like someone turned the key off with no SES or anything else. I removed the chip months ago and put it back in when that did not fix the stalling. It used to be once or twice a week but now it's two or three times a day. It also seems to be running rough as all get out when cold and settles out when warm. I have AE, but don't know what to look at as I have replaced everything I can think of.
Did your TPS have the Idle Validation Switch installed as an integral portion or is your IVS a seperate switch? Check the B.E.S.T. Map link in my signature and see if someone with AE is near you that can hook up to find out what is defueling your truck.
How is your fuel filter? Have you done the hutch mod?
Sounds like a fueling issue since you covered all the electrical components that would cause those symptoms.
Fuel filter has about 1K on it. I have yet to do the in tank mods. Wouldn't that present itself more under load when a larger volume of fuel is needed?

My truck has bot switches in one assy. I bought the entire pedal assy from the stealer. I have AE, I just don't know what the heck to look at now. The only thing I can think of is pulling the fuel filter cap next time it stalls and seeing if I've run the bowl empty somehow. With 220K on the clock it's probably time for some parts but the first round of guessing almost broke the bank.
Did you check the connection to the PCM at the fire wall. If its loose it could be a problem. Just a guess, but there was one guy on here who had that problem.

Last time I had the chip out I put the ol German torque on it but I will double check.
