I wasn't sure if it was needed during the "no start". With KOEO I couldn't get an ICP pressure. The initial readings were at ECT of 190. The ECT during the no start dropped to 155.

That makes me sad. I'm back at work tomorrow for 14 days. Now i know what I will be doing on my next set of days off. I'll search the forum while i'm gone for everything I will need to check into. While I'm at it I'll make sure i do the stand pipes, dummy plugs, stc fitting, hpop screen. Anything else that should be upgraded while I'm that far into the motor?
When you are doing the work, pull the IPR valve and inspect the screen.
Personally I would install the BPD EGR cooler instead of deleting it. My opinion is that you need to tune it if you delete the EGR system (to properly account for the change in the engine programming).
