I haven't cleaned a 6.7 EGR cooler yet, but have had good luck with other makes cleaning them with the parts washer (mineral spirits).
I do still have my Voltage, but it's up for sale. Have a Grand Design 350M on order, the women folk like the kitchen and bathroom storage better, I wanted the additional loft over the garage.

Let mine idle all the time now with no issues....and I don't expect any!

I have a 2017 F-350 with a bad EGR valve. I am stranded in Canada because there are no replacement parts available in Canada or US , so says Chilliwack Ford in B.C. Power reduction when Engine service light came on almost stranded be on a narrow road in the middle of nowhere. Limped into an RV park where my trailer has set for over 10 days. Ford says covered by warranty and they gave me a loaner but that is no help to get the 2000 miles to my home. I am in Vancouver today flying home for a medical procedure and will have to pay more $$$ to fly back and get my truck WHENEVER Ford manages to get a part for me. Very disappointed with this whole situation and the response from Ford. They have plenty of parts to build new trucks to sell but what about existing customers. This is total BS.
