Rear end questions
I am curious on what my truck is running for a rear end. but, my sticker on the door is not there anymore to let me know! Will it say in the vin what rear end ratio it is? if so, what letter means what and which one is it? thanks for any help on this!

If this is a double post, im sorry, just let me know.

If the truck in question is the 1992 F150 in your profile then you have a Ford 8.8: rear axle.

You can check the tag on the rear axle to find the gear ratio.
