I wouldn't think anyone besides a company like terminator engineering would have that capability.
The possibility of getting "no" pressure from the Hpop means that its in shreds in your motor.
If your getting no Hpop pressure, its usually an IPR issue.
If you bought a Reman IPR, Shame on you.
If you attempted to clean or rebuild yours, you forgot the needle valve.
If you simply guessed it out of the equation, start over.
Here's how.
Check the wiring harness for the IPR/Fuel Bowl.
Oil and fuel will eat away the wire coatings on the wires eventually or eat the rubber seal inside the plug which can cause the IPR wires to short out to each other.
If the harness is good, then you got some IPR issues.
If your measuring no pressure on the heads though one of the service ports with a gauge.
Go back to the IPR.
If you have a new IPR in and your wiring harness is good.
Start sifting the parts out of your oil pan, cause thats the only other way its not making pressure unless there is something plugging it from the inside.
