My '99 f250 SD 4.10 rear,went from 235/85R 8ply to 285/75R D rated Daytons MPG did not show almost no change with 1" taller tires.

As for triggering the TPS, yep that can happen. was running the stock tires at max PSI since I was pulling a trailer. It was the middle of summer and as the PSI increased in the tires down the road the TPS faulted. Was that way the whole time until the trailer was taken off. New tires I put on run even higher PSI so when pulling the trailer it is some thing that I just have to live with

That's because your mileage sucks didely ucks anyway. These new 1/2 ton trucks are sensitive to rolling resistance and wind. Playing with rolling resistance will be noticed.
