Glow Plug Relay
Before I get all sort of hate replys to search the site, I have, and found what I really need. The Stancor GPR from Mouser...however I need to replace mine today.
I have to take my truck for work this weekend (I don't usually drive my good truck around for work) and it's in need of some work especially a glow plug relay. I'd love to wait for a good one but need to pick one up locally. Does anyone know of a good place to get a decent relay? Last time I got one at Napa. It lasted a fair amount of time which was expected but instead of planning ahead i'm stuck doing this today.
Any suggestions are much appreciated.
On a side note, are starter relays and GPR's the same? I know they are essentially the same but can they handle the same amount of current?
Thanks,
Stancor is a good relay. If you check out the hard start/white smoke/GPR thread you will find a listing of different Glow Plug Relays near the top.

Or you can "control F" for "GPR" in the Part number thread:

From what I recall there have been complaints about the parts stores GPR. Stancor and OEM i believe are recommended here.
As for the question about relays differ for starter/GPR. I would imagine they are similar, but I do not know specific numbers each can handle. So im going to just leave that up to someone else...

Others will chime in soon.
