As said, auto parts stores will check those for free.
They're held on with 3 screws that you access from the wheel well. A 7/16" if I remember right.
Just pop it off, take it down, and have it tested. Be sure they run it 3 or 4 times since some only fail after they're warmed up.
I wanted to ask whether or not you have checked the compression on all cylinders and compare which may be low?
Also, have you located which cylinder might be the culprit? (removing a plug-wire and comparing engine rpms as you check each cylinder?
