So I am starting down my long list of repairs needed on my new to me ex. I have a SES light on and a ABS light. Went into Advance to have them check the code. Came up with PO500. Did a search here and found out that it is the vehicle speed sensor. Probably explains my intermittent loss of speedometer.
Did another search to find out where this sensor is and can't find anything. Anyone know where it might be? It is a 2000 Limited v10 4x4
Thanks for the help and the pics. Crawled under it and found it unhooked. That's 2 out of 3 dash lights taken care of. I will start a new thread for my other light.
I am finding a lot of weird things on this truck. It only has 100k on it but I have bought trucks with close to 300k and had fewer repairs to make. But I really like it and I love no more payment
Yeah I am a buy american guy all the way but I love my super magna. Put my superduty up for sale and never even though about selling my bike. I love that that bike like it was one of my kids.
You know your bikes. Most people don't know what it is. But it always draws a crowd at a gas station. Most people ask if it's a new bike Honda came out with. I like the look on there face when I tell them it's a 87 model.
