We need to know a little more info about your truck. Is it totally stock ? any tuner ? miles ? what type of oil and how long between changes ?

The injector noise is just well, its a diesel . The injector cackle is because of the design of the heads. There is many mods to combat this issue but it will never be eliminated unless you go into high dollar engine work. The injector noise is just that a simple mechanical noise. So, no they do not make a "quieter" injector but its the mods that supply more fuel and remove the air that will quiet them down some.
