Move to lacy my Bro pays $30 for a 03 Cobra new..............
In Tacoma I had to pay a RTA tax. Never had to pay a Gross weight for my 78 F250.
Maybe somthing new...............
I pay a GVW here in MT for lifetime plates on a truck over ten years old

Ohh one more, RTA is limited to vehicles under 6000lbs to. http://www.dol.wa.gov/vehicleregistration/rta.html
