When its rainy or has rained, etc my rear end locks up really really easy. I barely touch the brake pedal and the brakes lock up and cause me to go into a skid.
Is there moisture getting in somewhere where its not supposed to be? My "rear anti lock" light on the dash is always on its only gone off a couple times in the three yrs Ive owned the truck.
Any help?

Grabby drum brakes (especially when wet) are usually caused by contaminated shoes. A leaky axle seal or wheel cylinder will soak the shoes... there is no cleaning them up, replace them.
The other side of this coin is you already know there is fault in the rear anti-lock brake system. Now you are bi**hing because your brakes are locking up. Perhaps you should address the root cause of why the fault light is on.
