Thanks for the Welcome.
The Male end (or trailer side) won't slide into the female (Truck) connector. I was talking to my buddy who just purchased an '03 SuperCrew and he said Ford knows it's a problem.
The dealer said to bring it in and they'll take a look at it. I was just curious if others have had or have this problem?
