From the angle of the picture, with the exception of the sliding side windows, it almost looks like Ford spliced the back of an Econoline to the cab of an F100.

anyone have pictuer for inside of truck? i like see what kind seats they use for panel?

I have no clue what the hell this says, but heres another good shot of a b100. These things are actually kind of cool looking. At first I wasnt too sure, but they remind me of a suburban. Why wouldnt ford make these in the US.

Anyone notice anything different about these trucks besides the windows?

One type is a high roof.

If you could find a set of rear doors you take a 70's van and cut the roof off and graft it onto the pick up..Or maybe even use the van rear doors...HUMMmmm??? Oh crap!

I have a vision of that 9 window B100 body on a highboy frame with a 4" lift a cummins and 37" tires. I have never seen one in the U.S. so I guess you could say good luck with that one.
