I have no clue what the hell this says, but heres another good shot of a b100. These things are actually kind of cool looking. At first I wasnt too sure, but they remind me of a suburban. Why wouldnt ford make these in the US.

One type is a high roof.
If you could find a set of rear doors you take a 70's van and cut the roof off and graft it onto the pick up..Or maybe even use the van rear doors...HUMMmmm??? Oh crap!
I have a vision of that 9 window B100 body on a highboy frame with a 4" lift a cummins and 37" tires. I have never seen one in the U.S. so I guess you could say good luck with that one.
