I have them, Spyder Dual CCFL Halo projector lights.
I like them a lot, some people on the forums don't but everyone who sees them in person likes them. The Spyder projectors only cost me about $150.
I want to get the IPCW rear LED lights, but I haven't been able to justify the cost of them yet, they are about $300.
I have more pictures, a lot more, let me know if you need me to post more.
I think the light output is pretty similar, that is unless you upgrade to HID lights. I haven't gotten HIDs yet. The big difference with these lights over the factory lights is that the spread on the low beams is perfect due to the projectors. You can clearly see a line where the top of the light spread cuts off, it is nice an flat on top. Also the projectors spread the light to the sides just right, not too much though. The projectors don't don't seem to bother oncoming traffic either which is good.

How difficult was the install? Did you have to splice into wiring for stock lights?
The install was terrible, they were supposed to be a direct fit, they weren't. Cutting/trimming of the header panel was required, wire splicing was required. I think they would be a direct fit on a later model like an '04 or '05 but not for a '00.
I bought the grille from a seller on Ebay, it was a direct fit.
