engine seized up?
Driving along about 60 mph truck dies try to restart engine wont turn over shakes truck and thats all she will do..
Was doing so good after new head bolts gaskets and things.....any suggestions...

Putting the frontend back under my 01 350 so I can get it in the garage then will try it. Be a little bit.

Ok, finally got spare truck up and going and 05' into the garage. Took the fan belt off nothing still the same clung and nothing happens....Guess will sleep on it and start elimination process in the morning.

Morning has came and hooked up the AE and Scan gauge 2 up neither shows the first code....Guess its disassemble time to see what the deal is....

You might want to pull the glow plugs and see if you can get it to rotate by hand or get it to crank (but stay away from the "line if fire" - fluid can shoot out from the glow plug hole w/ a lot of force).

Had a Cat mechanic killed on a job out here doing that. Fuel went thru his eye into his brain. Lots of pressure.
