I'm looking to put a set of headers on my '91 F250 (w/7.5). I use my truck primarily to pull/tow our 5th wheel. I saw the Hedmann Headers offered through LMC and wondered if they were any good? I've also looked at the Hooker ceramic coated ones.
Anyone have experience with the Hedmann headers? Other suggestions?
I had a set on my '67 F100/352 few years back. Fit okay for headers, not any complaints.
I'd suggest a coated set for durability and not rotting off in a couple years. I just got a set of Pacesetters for my F150 and had them coated locally(better warranty, few bucks cheaper then buying them from Pacesetter). FYI, they came from summit with a summit part number, but Pacesetter box.
The Hedmans were the same deal. Got a Summit package deal and came with Hedman headers. Shop around, as LMC isn't always the cheapest place. Check Summit, they might have a deal going with a dual exhaust kit??
