I put one on my 12 F250 6.7 just to prevent anyone from messing with my fuel. I am still looking for one for the DEF, but haven't found one yet. I am not ready to put the locking fuel door on yet, but couldd as well. For now I feel safe knowing that I have the locking Diesel Fuel Cap.

Same here - would love a DEF locking cap - i am sure someone is working on it.

If you do go with a locking door - what do you plan to use?

I don't remember the Mfg, but lots of guys on here have installed them. I would get one painted to match the color of the truck. But I don't see that as necessary right now, so it is low on the mod list..... New Shocks are much higher on the list and wheel well liners, or undercoating to start.

Installation was fairly simple, good directions. The only thing I did was replace the lock. The key and lock is a RV industry standard CH751 lock. I replaced it with a 'round' key style lock.

I got the lock at Richardson's RV, a local company here is Southern California. I was going to pick up a couple more of these locks for other applications cause I really like them, will let you know more when I get them.

OK, I found it. Part#18-3059 is what I used and I had to bend the cam lever a little bit, part#18-3055 should work perfect. Check out www.prime-products.com

I don't know if they sell direct but I'm going to get a couple of the 18-3055's.
