valve cover problems

valve cover problems
I can't get the right valve cover off of my 2000 v10. i pulled the fender well to gain access to the bottom bolts but the cover is getting hung up on what i'm guessing is the rear cam cap. any tricks or tips? i am using new found self control not to massage anything with my mini sledge.
