Ok I need a little advice to be sure im on the right track in sizing my step notch. To calculate the correct step notch do I measure from the lowest point (running board arm) to the ground and from the axel to the bottom of the frame and subtract to get how much of a step notch I will need?
I plan to run 20" rims but I'm not sure of the exact tire size I'll be using yet. Right now I have 17" rims and with the tires the come out to be 23" in diameter so I'm wondering if thats even close to a 20" rim with average tires.
I wont be running any super low profile tires or really thick tires either but I don't know the exact tire size, I'm thinking something in the range of about 3 inches above the rim. Can someone give me a tire diameter for 20's and if you have a picture that would be great also.
Anything else I need to consider or look out for? Please feel free to throw some advice or ideas my way.
you can go to the manufacturer's web site and get tire info... profile, diameter, ride height... speed rating ...everything... they post all the data for every product...
