Wow! You're making lots of progress, Kid! It's pretty interesting using the CV floor & firewall. Cool! Did you say you're going to weld the cab to the frame?
I agree with the above comments; great work; only negative thing I would said is I wouldn't of undercoated the fire wall; (just my opinion) after all the excellent work you guys done; I've would of painted it either match the enter fenders or exterior paint once you get there.
Keep up the good work and final result will be outstanding.

Thanks for the pics!
Randy
Yes, we'll be welding it to the frame in four places-we realize that our NVH levels will go up, but we want it to be a very solidly mounted cab.

We just wanted it all to blend together, make it look like one piece-almost like it should have come like this
Got some HUGE progress tonight even if the pics don't show much...
Got the floor ground down, sanded, then primed and seamsealed
Was able to get up under the dash and seam seal the entire firewall from the inside (we had done the outside before bed lining it)
And then we welded her to the frame! *Its set now, no comin off, on to the next step! *
And here's one shot of it in the final spot with a fender half *** hung!
Very nice job, impressed that everyone does this different, definitely keep the updates coming. Great job fitting the floor and firewall great idea. I'm subscribing to this thread. You will be able to buy some mustang style wheels now, your choices will be plentiful, I purchased mine from american muscle and they were a great deal.
Once your finish with the floor your down hill from there; looks great.
Thanks man...got the inside all shot a couple weeks ago, its comin along!

Its a very custom process so I guess it makes sense that all of our trucks come out fairly different haha. Thanks for the compliments...and I've got a few Mustang wheel set ups I'm thinkin of.
Finally got the steering column in...it was a huge pain in the ***.
Used part of the stock dash, the stock column with some modifications to the shifter set up, braced it off the modified brake pedal assembly, then off the stock F100 brace.
Shot from the front...hung a fender...
Got the doors hung!
Admiring our handiwork!
Then got the AC box on the firewall...
Started wiring...this is the smallest harness in the car!
You can see where we tried to make the heater box fit...didn't really work. Rather than screw with it we just decided to just run the AC box.
The wiring nightmare haha...
Got it turned into this!
Eliminated probably 90 percent of the harness haha
