Ball Joint change question

Got the good news today that my left ball joints are bad.

My question is: When I disassembel the parts, is it necessary to replace the seals, even if they are not damaged?

Thanks

Frank

No, if they're not damaged it's not necessary to replace the seals.

Sorry, it is the truck in the profile. F250, 4X4 Super duty crew cab, Diesel 7.3.

The seals are the Knuckle seal below the u joint on the axle, and the axle dust seal. One of these puppies is like $52. Would like to reuse if it doesn't compromise the repair.

Also the outer hub and bearing/hub o-rings. They should be OK, unless they are torn.

Never done a 4X4 before, have done 4X2 though.

I guess I expected you guys to read my mind. Sorry.
