Thanks HD for the comparison shot.

When I look at mine and then yours I see where mine should mount

As your wiring harness goes over the frame rail - where does it go to - that could be another area where I can look

On the drivers side. Just look where my harness goes over the frame.reach in there .about distance of yor hand.and you will feel a main loom. If the take off is there you will feel it. If so just pull it back over. I didnt ck on passengers side.where take off is.

Just checked - I have robbed

So what other options would you suggest to pull a courtesy time out?

Also do you know of where I can get a pin out for the 7 position Trailer connector?

Thanks for your help

Adventure. Well buddy we gave it our best. It sucks for sure. Will see what i can come up with.What brand lights are you going to hook up? Are the recon?

Yes we did!

The lights are retro solutions amber/white DRL led

If I can't connect the whites no big deal - as I think I got the ambers figured out how I want it to work, but it would be nice!

The whites are for only when door is open correct.till it times out.right?

The lights come on, illuminate the step for a bit to get you in and then off

I believe the pin out for 7/4 plug is actually on the spring loaded cover.
