I can't seem to find the column shifter bushing for an auto trans (72). Its the bushing on the end of the shifter arm on the column that the shift linkage goes into. I can find manual ones but not automatic. anybody?

Please, when asking questions. list all the pertinent info. Your "About Me" profile says 1965 F100, but it appears you asking for a 1972 bushing.
There are two possible types of bushings.
C5TZ-7343-A .. Rubber bushing with a separate insulator that nestles into it, comes as a kit. It's the same as the 1965/72 3 M/T bushing. I doubt this is what your truck has based on your comment.
EOSZ-7341-B (replaced D5AZ-7341-C & C9TZ-7341-A) .. Steering Column Selector Lever Nylon Bushing / Available from Ford.
