Which plugs?

Getting ready to do a plug change on my 2004 Expy 4.6L. She has about 92K on the clock.

Anyway, I'm looking for opinions on the best plug to use and any advise as I've never even had the cover off the top of the engine except to change the belt.

Thanks.

There are a number of threads that address that, I think the prevailing suggestion is the OE Motorcraft.

Yes, but many of the threads are more focused on the 5.4L engines, many of which still used the OE two piece plug from the factory.

You asked for an opinion, I gave you one. You can debate it as much as you'd like. The two piece plugs have been obsoleted I believe.

I was simply making a point that when I did a search on this subject, very little discussion is available on the 4.6L plugs. I didn't realize that I was debating anything and I appreciate your opinion.

Go with the OE motorcraft plug. The 5.4 and 4.6 are finicky when they come to plugs. Also, go to the motocraft website and lookup the correct part number. DO NOT trust the Autozone/AdvanceAuto/Oreilly computers or people. Their systems sometimes cross reference the wrong ones.
