door panel armrest ????

i took the door panel off of my 2000 f150 to replace the armrest the padded peice that you grab to pull the door close,i also took the screw out that was under the pad but it didnt come off & i didnt see any screws on the inside of the door panel to take off,could some one tell me how to get this thing off

I think that after you take the screw out you have to slide it to unhook it.
