why would you put fresh oil in just to let it sit...then dump it before even running it???
Its in case there is any moisture, or anything caustic in the oil, it wont damage anything while it sits. I however will take my chances before throwing away 60 bucks.
I kinda wonder if it wouldnt just be better to drop the oil and leave the plug out.. just thinkin out loud if nothing else, would be a pretty good theft deterant lol
ya but all the ool oil just drains into the pan and sits there. whetehr its contaminated or not. if somehow some kind of metal eating liquid got in there, your oil pan will rust thru-worst case..
I don't think fogging would work. Seeing as the fog compound is an oil it would probably cause a runaway.
As said before, fill tanks, add stabilizer and biocide, change oil and use a battery maintainer.
