Well, according to a member over on FSB.com there is a company that is re-producing them. I can't remember exactly the name or location, but I can find out if you want me to?

GOVTMOD I'll trade you a set of push guards for it....
I am trying to find the time to locate a few welding/fab shops to try and get a copy of this dang thing. Till then I will continue to scourer the country side and get every one I can and pass them along.
Yes the bottom bend radious requires a very capable machine to prevent the excess metal from bunching up.
And yes normaly the square bottom mount tabs are from a 73-77 and the rounded ones are from a 78/79. But the second picture push bar came off a 79.
The bumper guards I'm looking for are the square profile type that were on the '78/'79 and are just as hard if not harder to come by. He had a set so we are doing straight trade.
If someone can give me these center line measurements and degrees along with the pipe diameter of the main bars and the top mount I can see about making some. I have been looking for one for a while and have had no luck. I can make something that looks close to pics I have seen but would like to have the proper measurements so it will be as close to original as possable. and please, multiple replies would help just in case they might be a little bit off or tweaked. also, do they have mounting tabs on the center bar for lights?
Thread is kinda old... But I currently attenda high school with a very advanced pipe bender. If someone could shoot me some measurements I could try this thing out. I'd really appreciate it .
