Another engine Swap!!!
well.....since I decided to build up my 400" and now the cost of the gas increased about 125% 
......Also wheeling places are at least 300 miles from where I live......so I found something interesting and allready made an offer on it.....
is a 2004 Ford 6 cylinder MWM 4.2L turbodiesel intercooler engine with 180hp.....and this engine came with the ZF5 I have in my bronco so is almost a bolt in.....The fuel economy with this engine is about 18MPG in city/off road.....This engine runs with any kind of diesel without injectors or pump problems and has no ellectronic at all!!

Until 2005 Ford used this 6 cylinder engines and tha cummins 4BT with 140Hp.....LAter on they discontinued both engines and replaced them with another 4 cylinder cummins with electronic injection and 205HP

I allways wanted this engine but I couldn`t find a used one for sale in good shape until now.....If you want to buy this engine NEW in a store you will need al least u$s17000.- 
..I got a good deal on this one used and paid u$s4000.- for it.....but I will get much more for my 400"....
I think I`ll have the engine next saturday.....

I think the dimenssions are close to a 4.9 .....and the weight is about 600 pounds....420lbs of torque at 1800 or 2000 RPM

tThis is a MWM into a Bronco with C6 trans....May be I`ll have to replace the fan with electric fans cos my engine has a big intercooler and I think it wont fit....
