It was awful tight but was able to cut and fit piping up and around driveshaft then back between frame and transfer case. Hopefully it will be ok. It will never be a rock crawler anyways.

Not too much to report. Finished up my dual exhaust. Got the rest of the Rattletrap sound and heat shield installed. Then the fun part, installing new carpet from Stock Interiors. Perfect fit, but pretty nerve racking cutting holes for shifter levers and such. Got her done though and am pretty happy. Got in-cab tank re-installed and lines hooked up. Cleaning up seat tracks next so I can install seat. Until next time.

Thanks Mark. What projects do you have going on? Haven't seen any build posts lately. LOL

Nice build! I also used the 2-1/2" Summit kit I have a lot of pieces left over too. Sounds like we came up with the same solution for getting by the t-case. I was going to squeeze it through the cross member and the frame but it was to tight so I tucked it right up to the bottom of the frame next to the t-case. I used two flowmasters and did a home grown cross over.
Sorry if I missed it but what is that sound deadener you're using? It looks great. I was going to try the Peal-n-seal but that stuff looks nice.

It's called Rattletrap. Got it off e-bay. Got twice as much as you get versus Dynamat for the same price. Nice stuff and sticky as hell.

Post Memorial Day update. Buttoned up all the wiring in cab. Dome light, courtesy lights, glove box lights, ash tray lights, dash lights all working. Installed seat, instrument cluster, 3 mechanical gauges, tach, and steering wheel. Filled all drivetrain components with new fluid. Filled engine with new oil, new anti-freeze, type F in the power steering pump, and new brake fluid-bled the brakes. Hopped in, turn the key-turns over but no start. WTF. Hopped out, looked around. Oops, forgot to hook power wires from MSD box to battery. Hooked up, touched the key, roared to life- hot dam. Discovered 2 small coolant leaks. Needed to tighten 2 clamps on radiator hoses a little. Hate to over tighten them but no big deal. Engine runs and sounds great. Discovered small p/s fluid leak. Checked it over and it seems to be coming from the seal behind p/s pulley. Will have to pull to check it out. I do have a spare though. Now that I have her running, I can start to finish all the cosmetic stuff and fix a few boo-boo's to the paint from re-assembly. Here are a few pic's to look at.

Thanks for all the replies. Makes it all worth while. It's been a long process, but finally seeing light at the end of the tunnel.
