Glow Plug Relay is new. Still won't start. ICP?

2002 7.3 Diesel 156,000 miles. 4x4 F250. I just installed a Glow Plug Relay and my truck would start good on a 60 degree or warmer day. But it would run a little rough. Now in fall on 35-50 degree morning after being plugged in all night. it turns over and seems like it wants to start but don't. It needs Starting Fluid again to start. When started with the either it runs rough for like 20 minutes until it levels out. Keep in mind my Banks Six Gun which is used only for the Gauge at this point shows I have an ICP Error 2. Do you guys think this is my ICP. My Glow Plug Relay was bad. It was tested by me and helped start my truck when it was warmer. Pleae Help!

Get a scanner on it...

Watch the cranking ICP pressures (Injector Control Pressure) and Duty cycle (how hard your HPOP is working)...

Did you replace the correct relay? You have two relays in the valley...

Let me say this I am not a mechanic. but i am mechanical. I don't know how to scan it or what to use. What kind of scanner adn how do I set the scanner once I get one. I have a multi meter. Just a side note I just saw online how to check my glow plugs to make sure they work as well. As far as the GPR i went online to see how to check that and replace that. I have not tested the other solenoid/relay right next to the GPR. I don't know how. Thanks very much for your time and help.

I replaced the GPR. Glow Plug Relay and it helped my truck start in 60 degree weather without starting fluid . It had to be 75 degrees plus to start without using starting fluid. But even then it would start it would run rough. I replaced the GPR and it would start in 50ish-60ish degree weather with out starting fluid and still run rough. Now it's fall I plug it in becuase we are down to 40 degrees and it willnot start at all without starting fluid. Adn it takes like 20 minutes for the roughness to go away

Sounds like the injectors are shot.

Back to checking ICP pressures.

I thought you guys had the UVCH problems like us OBS guys do.

Sounds to me like he's got bad GPs, or he's not getting any juice to most of them.

And yes, avoid spraying to start.
